Stir-fried Beans with Minced Meat and Olive Vegetables
1.
Wash the long beans and cut into cubes. The minced meat is preferably fat and thin, which will be more fragrant and taste better.
2.
Add the minced meat to your taste and mix well. I put a little light soy sauce and cold white and tossed it.
3.
Put water in the pot and a little cooking oil at the same time, bring to a boil, prepare to blanch the beans.
4.
After the water is boiled, pour the beans into the beans, blanch the beans and put oil in order to maintain the green color of the beans.
5.
Put a little oil in the pan, and stir-fry the minced meat in the pan.
6.
When the minced meat is half cooked, add the beans and continue to fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of olive vegetables, stir-fry until the moisture is dry, add a small amount of dark soy sauce and sugar, and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Out of the pot! It's a good time to have a meal!
Tips:
The olive vegetable itself is salty, so the amount of salt is omitted.
