Stir-fried Bee Hoon with Beef Brisket
1.
Ingredients: Soak the rice noodles in water for a while and pick them up for later use. Cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces.
2.
Heat the pan, beat the eggs, and stir-fry evenly, (be lazy and save the trouble and just put it in the pan).
3.
Stir-fry the egg well and stir-fry the cabbage until fragrant. You don't need to stir-fry the cabbage too well. It will be cooked with rice noodles so that the cabbage will be refreshing.
4.
Continue to add some oil to the pan to heat up, add the rice noodles and stir fry over high heat. Add chopsticks and stir so that the rice noodles will not break.
5.
After the rice noodles are fragrant, add the cabbage and continue to stir fry, because the water in the cabbage will absorb the rice noodles.
6.
Plus the sirloin.
7.
Then add the right amount of soy sauce.
8.
Stir the soy sauce evenly into the rice noodles (stir with chopsticks).
9.
The fragrant rice noodles are out of the pot. A delicious breakfast is on.
Tips:
The fried noodles eaten outside are very oily. My fried noodles don't have much oil at all, although I eat less greasy food.
