Stir-fried Beef

The beef slices are ready, and the frozen ones must be thawed before use.

The beef slices after thawing are stuck together, you can pour out the juice, pour a little vegetable oil into the meat slices, and mix it slightly, so that the meat slices can be dipped in the fat, and it will be easily dispersed after being put into the pot.

Cut the green garlic into sections diagonally, cut the coriander into inch sections, divide the green chilies in half, and chop them diagonally. The chili seeds can be removed or not.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the beef slices into the pan and use chopsticks to gently scatter them. As the temperature of the oil rises, the slices will quickly change color and separate. Pour a little rice wine.

Tips:
1. The beef slices can be bought ready-made. If the fresh meat is sliced by yourself, it can be frozen in the refrigerator for about an hour, and it can be sliced;
2. The side dishes can be adjusted according to the seasons or tastes, such as shredded onion and green onion.
