Stir-fried Beef Cabbage with Yam

Ingredients: Beef cabbage.

Yam.

Tear the bovine cabbage into small pieces, wash it, and remove it for later use.

Wash and peel the yam.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut yam and stir fry.

Next, add the beef cabbage, add appropriate amount of water and stir fry until the beef cabbage is cut off and cooked.
