Stir-fried Beef Sausage with Broccoli
1.
Soak the fungus in cold water and rinse it off. If some are too big, you can tear them into small pieces by hand.
2.
The carrots are cleaned and cut into thin slices. The thin slices are cooked well, so there is no need to blanch them in advance.
3.
Peel the garlic and slice it.
4.
Cut the beef sausage into pieces, not too thick, about 5 mm thick will do.
5.
Broccoli is broken into small pieces by hand, and then blanched. When blanching, put a little salt in the pot to make the broccoli greener and more beautiful.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add garlic slices and sauté after the oil is hot.
7.
Then, stir-fry the fungus and carrots together, and add some salt to taste.
8.
After the carrot slices change color, add broccoli and stir fry a few times.
9.
Finally, pour the beef intestines and stir fry together. The beef intestines are cooked, but frozen and preserved, so you don't need to fry them for too long before they can be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The broccoli should be blanched. Adding a little salt to the pot when blanching the water can make the broccoli greener and more beautiful.
2. Use cold water to soak the fungus as much as possible. Although the hot water soaks quickly, the taste and volume will be slightly worse.
3. The broccoli has been blanched and the beef sausage is also cooked, so it does not need to be stir-fried for too long, it can be cooked in about 1 minute.
