Stir-fried Beef Veal

Cut the beef louver into small sections and cook in a pot, remove and immerse in ice water for later use

Shred dried chili, mix well with chili powder and Chinese pepper in a bowl

Heat up the oil in a hot pot to burn the rapeseed oil until it smokes and then pour it on the chili to make fresh chili

Mix the oily pepper and the drained beef tripe, add salt, millet pepper, green pepper oil, and sesame oil, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 15 minutes

Add coriander and light soy sauce, mix well

Serve and sprinkle a little sesame seeds on it
