Stir-fried Beef with Asparagus
1.
Remove the old roots of the asparagus, remove the old skins, and clean the radishes together. (The radish skins don’t need to be removed, they are more nutritious when eaten raw)
2.
Cut the asparagus diagonally.
3.
The materials are all cut and set aside.
4.
Slice the beef.
5.
Add oil salt, ginger shredded cooking wine and appropriate amount of starch.
6.
Mix well and marinate for a while.
7.
Heat oil in a pot and add garlic to sauté until fragrant.
8.
Stir-fry the asparagus until almost cooked, then add the radishes and stir-fry together. (There is a problem with the photo. The fried asparagus is missing. Sprinkle a little water on the asparagus when you fry the asparagus).
9.
Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up, then add the beef and stir fry.
10.
In the bowl of beef, add appropriate amount of water starch and oyster sauce and mix well.
11.
Pour the starch into the pot to thicken the starch ginseng and it will be out.
12.
Finished product.
