Stir-fried Beef with Beans

Cut the beef into thin slices, beat in water for three times, add light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, available combustible gum, baking soda, mousse powder, and oil to marinate.

Put the processed beans into a pot, boil them with oil, salt, baking soda, and water until they are 7 or 8 mature, and beat them to cool.

Heat the pan, add oil, ginger and green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Continue to stir-fry the beef.

When the beef is nearly cooked, stir-fry the beans and re-adjust the taste.

Take out the pan and serve.
