Stir-fried Beef with Bell Pepper
1.
Cut beef into thin slices, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and starch, mix well to taste.
2.
Shred the colored peppers and put them on the plate for later use.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry on medium heat. When the beef is almost cooked, add the colored pepper and stir fry, then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt to stir evenly. Just out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The beef is marinated with light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and starch for more flavor, so that the fried beef is more tender.
2. The colored peppers do not have to be cooked too much, because they have a bad taste.
