Stir-fried Beef with Bell Pepper

1. Ingredients: diced beef, sweet pepper, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger.

2. Put the water in the pot to boil, then put the beef.

3. The beef is blanched in boiling water to remove bloody water and peculiar smell, and drain the water for later use.
