Stir-fried Beef with Bell Pepper
1.
Wash the beef, cut into thin slices, mix well with cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, sweet potato starch and marinate for 10 minutes. (When the beef is well-grained, it is relatively dry)
2.
Wash the colored peppers, remove the stalks, and break them into large pieces.
3.
Preheat the wok and add a few drops of water. If the water condenses and rolls in the pan, it means that the pan is preheated, and then pour the oil so that the fried meat and the fried fish will not stick to the pan. (This method is suitable for stainless steel pots)
4.
Pour in the marinated beef, wait for 5 seconds, then stir-fry evenly with a spatula, set aside.
5.
Leave oil in the bottom of the pot, pour in the colored peppers and stir fry.
6.
After the colored peppers are softened, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Pour in the fried beef and stir-fry evenly.
