Stir-fried Beef with Bell Peppers and Carrots

Prepare the ingredients: Wash the beef and cut into thin slices. Marinate with salt, a little pepper, light soy sauce and peanut oil for ten minutes.

Two washed bell peppers and peeled carrots.

Remove the stems and seeds of the bell peppers, and tear them into small pieces for later use.

Cut carrots into slices and set aside.

Cut the ginger into slices and set aside.

Tips:
The beef should be marinated ten minutes in advance to make it more delicious. Blanching the bell peppers and carrots can keep the color of the vegetables and shorten the time for stir-frying!
