The tender and delicious stir-fried beef with blue beans and mixed mushrooms is super good for rice. Whenever I cook this dish, my husband and son said that we must cook more rice.

Stir-fried Beef with Blue Bean and Mushroom

1. All materials and mushrooms can be selected at will (30g each of white meat mushrooms, Xiuzhen mushrooms, and Coprinus comatus)
