Stir-fried Beef with Carrot Sticks

Peel the white radish and cut into thin strips. Add the marinade to the beef slices, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. Cut green onions into sections.

Put a little oil in a hot pan, fry the marinated beef until it changes color, and shovel it out for later use.

There is bottom oil in the pan, so don't put it in any more, and stir-fry the carrot sticks.

Stir-fry the carrot sticks until the picture.

Add a little boiled water and simmer for 2 minutes + a little salt.

Return the fried beef to the pot and stir-fry the green onions.

Tips:
Salt should be added to radishes when they are cooked, and radish will taste bitter if salt is added too early.
