Stir-fried Beef with Carrots

Shred the vegetables for later use.

The beef is sliced against the grain, and marinated with cornstarch, light soy sauce, salt and pepper for half an hour.

Heat the frying pan, add corn oil, stir-fry the ginger and red pepper shreds over high heat.

Add onions and stir fry over high heat.
5.
Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6.
Take a small bowl, add a little light soy sauce, add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Pour the light soy sauce and collect the juice over high heat.
