Stir-fried Beef with Celery

Remove the fascia of the beef, cut into small slices, marinate in appropriate amount of oil, salt and cornstarch for 5 minutes

Remove the old tendons of celery, wash and slice with an oblique knife; shred ginger and cut garlic into large pieces

In a hot oil pan, sauté the celery until 5 is ripe, then take it out and set aside

Stir-fry the beef in a hot oil pan

Stir-fry until slightly discolored, then add ginger and garlic and stir fry
6.
Add fried celery
7.
Transfer in the right amount of light soy sauce
8.
Add salt to high heat and stir fry evenly
Tips:
After the beef is sliced, it can be rinsed again, so that the blood can be washed away, and the meat can be moisturized. After being coated with cornstarch and fried, it will be more tender.
