Stir-fried Beef with Chives

Wash the chives and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash and slice the beef, cut 2.3 slices of ginger into the beef, season with appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce and a little starch, and marinate for a delicious taste.

Heat the pot, add oil to heat, pour in the marinated beef and stir fry.

When it is half cooked, add the chopped shallots and stir-fry evenly, then it can be out of the pan.
