Stir-fried Beef with Green Beans
1.
Materials are ready. Beef slices, marinated with sugar, soy sauce, and a small amount of water for preparation (the color is a bit bloody, I won't take the picture above). Wash the beans and break them into sections.
2.
Cut some shredded ginger and garlic slices and fry. Heat oil, add garlic slices, sauté, add beans, sprinkle some water, simmer for a while, add some salt, turn over a few times, and serve. Continue to heat the oil and put the ginger shreds until fragrant, pour the beef, and remove it with a spatula. When you see the color change, turn it over and cook it again. It doesn’t take too long. Return the freshly fried beans to the pot and fry together. If you see too much juice, you can use cornstarch to mix some water to make a thin slice. Don’t be too thick, just hang on top of the beans. Up.

Tips:
When marinating the beef, you don’t need to add salt, it will be hard; when you fry it shouldn’t be too long, it will get old; when you start marinating, you can add more water, and finally you can make a glutinous meal, and it will feel tender and smooth with glutinous rice.
Just stir fry the green peas, don't simmer for too long, it will be yellow and soft, not so good-looking and not so crispy.
