Stir-fried Beef with Green Onions

Wash and drain the yellow beef, cut into thin slices, put it in a container, add salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder, cumin powder, corn starch and 1 teaspoon of corn oil.

Stir evenly with chopsticks and set aside.

Cut green onion and millet pepper into circles, mince garlic, and shred ginger for later use.
