Stir-fried Beef with Green Pepper

Preparation materials: sliced beef, sliced green peppers and bell peppers into diamonds, sliced onions, and shredded ginger

1. How to stir-fry beef to be tender and delicious? Share my personal approach: choose beef tenderloin with clear lines; beef should be marinated for flavor. Some people will use tender meat powder or baking soda powder. Of course it will be tender, but if you cook it yourself and add additives, I’m a bit sorry. So I marinate beef with water, soy sauce, oil and cornstarch.
