Stir-fried Beef with Hot Pepper

Cut the beef into thin slices after washing off the blood

Add light soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch to the cut beef
3.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces
4.
Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the beef in the pan
5.
Stir-fry the beef slightly discolored and then add hot peppers
6.
Season with a pinch of salt and stir fry
7.
Stir-fry until the green pepper is broken
