Stir-fried Beef with Pineapple

Wash the beef. (I use waist willow, this is the most tender place, you can tell the seller if you don't understand).

Cut into thin slices.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, white pepper and stir well.

After adding the starch, add a little vegetable oil and marinate.

The pineapple is soaked in salt water for ten minutes in advance and then cut into small pieces, and the green and red peppers are cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated beef and stir fry.

Sheng out after discoloration.

Save the base oil, add the side dishes and stir fry for a minute or two, add a little salt and stir well.

Pour the beef and stir fry.

Turn off the heat for about a minute.

Just install it.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt when marinating beef. Soy sauce and oyster sauce already have a salty taste.
