Stir-fried Beef with Potatoes

Cut beef into slices, put in a bowl, add light soy sauce, marinate in starch, and cut potatoes into slices for later use.

Put oil in a pot, heat up, add chopped green onion and sauté.

Add the marinated beef slices.

Stir-fry a few times, the meat becomes lighter and the meat is cooked through.

Pour into a bowl and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up, put the chopped green onion and sauté.

Put the cut potato slices in the pan, stir-fry evenly, season with light soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce.

When the potatoes are almost cooked, pour the fried beef into the pot, stir fry, and add a little sesame oil.

Just put it in the plate.
