Stir-fried Beef with Pumpkin

Wash and slice beef.

Add salt and rice wine.

Add some soy sauce and sesame oil.
4.
Add starch, mix well, let it marinate for a while to taste.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, and cut the green pepper into slices.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pot, add ginger slices and beef slices, and serve when cooked;

Heat the remaining oil in the bottom of the pot, add the pumpkin slices and green pepper slices, and fry for a minute or two.

Pour the beef and add a small amount of water.
