Stir-fried Beef with Sour Bamboo Shoots in Liuzhou

Homemade sour bamboo shoots, cut into thin strips, sauté the water in a pan (no oil is needed), add a proper amount of salt and continue sautéing for a minute.

Wash and cut fresh beef into thin strips, marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small circles for later use.

Heat up the pot and heat the oil, turn off the heat, pour in the beef that has been mashed (the starch is adjusted to the right amount of water), set the shape and quickly spread it with a spatula, turn off the heat, use the remaining temperature to simmer the cooked beef strips, and then remove the beef. Leave the base oil.
