Stir-fried Beef with Three Peppers

The materials needed are for one person.

Dice green pepper, millet and wild pepper, and mince garlic.

Cut the beef into thin slices, mix well with soy sauce, starch, baking soda, and cooking oil, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour oil into the pan, and the beef slices are slippery.
5.
Remove the oil until it changes color.
6.
Leave a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and saute.

Add three minced peppers and fry them to create a fragrant flavor.
8.
Add beef and stir fry.
9.
Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt, stir-fry well and serve.
Tips:
1. Beef is easy to grow old. Pickling with a small amount of baking soda and cooking oil will make the meat soft. Note that baking soda can't be put in too much, otherwise it will have an alkali taste, just put half a teaspoon of meat in three or two.
2. Millet chili is extremely spicy, don't put it if you are afraid of it.
