Stir-fried Bell Pepper with Lean Pork

Cut the lean pork meat into pieces, add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, starch, cola, pepper, water, and oil to marinate.

Cut the bell peppers into pieces, cook them in oil and salt water and set aside.

Wash the pot and heat it, add oil, add garlic and fry until fragrant, add pork and fry until fragrant, add bell peppers when they are eight or nine ripe and stir fry until cooked.

Thicken the drenching oil out of the pot and serve on a plate.
