Stir-fried Black Pepper Beef with Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients: 75 grams of beef, 40 grams of broccoli stems, 20 grams of green peppers, 30 grams of carrots, appropriate amount of Maggi umami sauce, a little salt, some black pepper, some minced ginger and garlic, some oil, and a little starch

Tips:
All side dishes can be replaced at will.
Seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste.
When frying beef, the heat should not be high, so as to avoid the beef getting old and affecting the taste.
