Stir-fried Braised Pork with Yam Cucumber

Dice stewed pork, diced cucumber

Diced yam (the yam should be soaked with water after peeling, and soaked with water after cutting, otherwise it will change color)

Tips:
The yam is relatively difficult to cook, so you need to fry it first, and don’t overcook it behind the cucumber. Otherwise, the cucumber will lose its crispy texture.
Add seasonings according to personal taste. The amount of cucumber and yam is also added or subtracted according to personal consumption.
