My child has a bad cough recently, and I try to eat more foods that moisturize the lungs and hydrate. She doesn't like drinking water to make trouble. After frying this dish, it looks good when it comes out. She really likes it.

Stir-fried Braised Pork with Yam Cucumber

1. Dice stewed pork, diced cucumber

2. Diced yam (the yam should be soaked with water after peeling, and soaked with water after cutting, otherwise it will change color)

3. Heat the pot and add some oil. Add yam stir fry

4. Add a little salt to taste

5. Add cucumber and stir fry

6. Add salt and stir fry the chicken essence. Add a little water and starch under the hook.

7. Put in the stewed pork and drizzle some soy sauce in the end. (The braised pork is cooked, so just stir fry a little)

8. Just install it.

Tips:

The yam is relatively difficult to cook, so you need to fry it first, and don’t overcook it behind the cucumber. Otherwise, the cucumber will lose its crispy texture.
Add seasonings according to personal taste. The amount of cucumber and yam is also added or subtracted according to personal consumption.
