Stir-fried Broad Bean Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, add a little white wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a little pepper to marinate. Chop garlic, red rice pepper into small circles, and a little shredded ginger for later use.

Broad beans are cooked with salt. Broad beans are very ripe, so the time should not be too long, just a minute or two.

Take two pieces of fermented bean curd, add a spoonful of soy sauce and a small half spoon of oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. The fermented bean curd can be selected according to personal preference.
