Stir-fried Broad Bean Rice with Minced Meat

Prepare raw materials;

Tips:
1. Fava bean rice is not fried and eaten will cause poisoning; 2. Add some salt and oil when blanching bean rice to maintain the color of broad beans; 3. Add a little green onion, ginger and minced garlic when sautéing minced meat to help remove the smell.
