Stir-fried Broad Beans

Defrost broad beans, rinse, blanch and drain

Heat up a frying pan, add ginger slices and chili until fragrant, add broad beans and stir fry a few times

Put an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry a few times

Cover the pot and simmer

Wash coriander and cut short
6.
Put some light soy sauce, a little chicken essence and continue to stir fry

Tips:
Broad bean blanched water can remove the astringency
