Stir-fried Broad Beans with Dried Vegetables

Broad beans peeled and shelled

Wash the glutinous vegetables and cut into small pieces

Tips:
1. Grains and sauerkraut are similar, using mustard greens, dried into 70% dry, with glutinous rice lees, table salt, and fermented and aged in a wine jar according to the traditional process.
2. Broad beans must be cooked. I would rather cook for a longer period of time. The long-boiled broad bean flour is delicious.
