Stir-fried Broad Beans with Leek

Ingredients: broad beans, leeks (washed and cut into sections)

Peel the broad beans, dig out the moles on them, wash them, and remove them.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the washed broad beans and stir fry.

Next, add an appropriate amount of water to boil and cook until the broad beans are broken and cooked.

Then, add the chopped leeks and stir fry.
6.
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
