Stir Fried Broccoli

Prepare the ingredients: broccoli, salt, green onion ginger, garlic, and nine-three corn germ oil.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add 2 grams of salt and 10ml of corn germ oil to the water.

Wash the broccoli well and break into small pieces, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

After the water is boiled, put the broken broccoli in and blanch it for 1 minute, remove the cold water and control the moisture.

Heat up the wok and add 15ml corn germ oil. After the oil is hot, add the green onion, ginger and garlic to the pan.

Add the blanched broccoli and stir fry for a while.

Add 2 grams of salt and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan

The broccoli heating time should not be too long to ensure that the nutrients are not lost.
