Stir Fried Broccoli
1.
Wash the broccoli with a little salt and soak in water for half an hour. Broccoli is prone to worms. If you add salt to soak, you can soak the worms out.
2.
Wash the garlic cloves and mince, separate the broccoli roots and flowers, cut the roots into filaments for cold dressing, and cut the flowers into small flowers
3.
Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put the broccoli down and cook for two minutes when the water boils again.
4.
Pick up the blanched broccoli with a colander (there is no colander at home, just use the usual filter for filtering soy milk) the effect is the same
5.
Put oil in the pot, add a little more, put the minced garlic and dried chilies down and stir fragrant
6.
Put half of the oil on the broccoli root, leave half of the oil in the pot and continue to stir fry. At the same time, put the broccoli down and continue to stir fry
7.
The broccoli will be cooked for about a minute. If you copy the broccoli for a long time, you will get old. Add salt and vinegar while frying, and put a little bit of fresh vegetables when you start the pan, so that a bowl of fragrant broccoli is ready
Tips:
Just put the broccoli in the fragrant oil for a while. It's actually already cooked. Don't stir-fry for too long, or the color will turn yellow.
