Stir-fried Broccoli (simple and Beautiful)

Choose a whole broccoli and cut off the stems.

Break into pieces, soak in salt water for ten minutes, wash and remove. (The salt water can deworm)

Boil a pot of boiling water, throw in the broccoli cubes, and pass the water.
