Stir-fried Broccoli with Shiitake Mushrooms

All ingredients: broccoli and shiitake mushrooms

Wash the broccoli and break the flowers into small shiitake mushrooms, wash and squeeze the water and slice them

Boil broccoli and shiitake mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then quickly remove the water to control the moisture
