Stir-fried Broccoli with Shrimp

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the prawns to remove the shrimp thread, and peel off the shrimp. Add cooking wine, white pepper, and ginger, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Cut broccoli into small flowers and soak in light salt water for ten minutes.

Peel and slice the broccoli peduncle and carrots, shred the garlic, and mince the shallots.

Put water in a pot to boil, add oil and salt, and blanch broccoli. After 1 minute, add carrot slices and broccoli stalks and boil.

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, add the shrimps, stir fry and change color, then serve.

Wash the pot with hot oil, add green onion and garlic and stir fry for a fragrance. Pour in broccoli and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the shrimps. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
9.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. When blanching broccoli, add salt and oil to the water to keep the vegetables bright.
