Stir-fried Broccoli with Shrimp Balls

Ingredients: Shrimp balls, broccoli (broken into small flowers and washed)

Unpack the shrimp balls, put them on the chopping board and cut them up, set aside.

Put the washed broccoli in a pot of water, blanch for 2 minutes, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the blanched broccoli and the sliced shrimp balls and stir fry.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
