Stir-fried Broccoli with Sweet and Sour Garlic Tomato Sauce
1.
Cut ham and garlic into small pieces
2.
Two spoons of cornstarch with a little water to thicken
3.
Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the broccoli in the water and blanch until it is cooked, about 2 minutes (it will soften after too long).
4.
Pick up the broccoli and rinse it with cold water to prevent it from turning yellow.
5.
When the frying pan is hot, add the ham and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add the broccoli and stir fry. Add the right amount of salt and fuel, and then pour the cornstarch water in.
6.
Stir-fry until it's almost done, add some tomato sauce, and stir-fry it twice.
