Stir-fried Bun with Bacon and Mushrooms

One steamed bun, cut into nail-sized cubes.

Minced ginger and chopped chives.

Cut bacon, shiitake mushrooms, green and red peppers into small cubes.

Heat peanut oil moderately.

Put the bun and stir-fry so that the bun is evenly covered with peanut oil, and stir-fry until the bun is golden brown.

Put the bacon and mushrooms in a wok, dry and stir until the bacon oil is squeezed out, and the mushrooms absorb the oil and turn golden brown.

Add the green and red peppers and chopped chives together and stir-fry evenly.

Add the fried diced buns, sprinkle with salt and pepper powder, stir well and turn off the heat.
