Stir-fried Cabbage Cores

1. Ingredients: Kaiyang

2. Bamboo shoot tip (cooked)

3. Choy sum

4. Soak Kaiyang in warm water and set aside.

5. Wash the vegetable cores and remove them.

6. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Put the bamboo shoot tip on the cutting board and cut it.

8. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the chopped vegetable cores and bamboo shoot tips, stir fry the vegetable cores.

9. Then, add the soaked open ocean and stir fry.

10. Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
