Stir-fried Cabbage Cores with Carrots in Oyster Sauce

One cabbage core

Wash the cabbage core, tear off small pieces, and control water for later use

Carrots peeled and sliced

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the scallions and ginger

Add cabbage core

Tips:
