Stir-fried Cabbage Cores with Carrots in Oyster Sauce

1. One cabbage core

2. Wash the cabbage core, tear off small pieces, and control water for later use

3. Carrots peeled and sliced

4. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the scallions and ginger

5. Add carrots and stir fry

6. Add cabbage core

7. Stir fry until the cabbage is soft, add oyster sauce and stir well

8. Add light soy sauce and stir well

9. Add chicken powder and stir well

10. Add a little salt, stir and fry evenly out of the pan

11. Finished product

Tips:

Salt should be added sparingly, and the salty ones can be omitted
