Stir-fried Cabbage Cores with Purple Onion and Potatoes

1. Ingredients: potatoes (washed and peeled), purple onion (washed), cabbage core (washed)

2. Put the cleaned purple onion on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

3. Cut the potatoes on the cutting board and set aside.

4. Put the cleaned cabbage core on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.
