Stir-fried Cabbage Cores with Ume Beans

Ingredients: cabbage core (cleaned), plum beans (picked and washed), shacha sauce

Put the cleaned cabbage core on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the picked and washed plum peas and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until the plum beans are broken.

Then, combine the cut cabbage cores and add some shacha sauce.

Stir fry until cooked.
