Stir-fried Cabbage with Frozen Tofu

The cabbage leaves and the cabbage gang are torn into pieces separately

Frozen tofu will be thawed naturally, wash with water, and dry the water

In a non-stick pan, put an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the frozen tofu, and then set aside for later use.

Raise the pot again, put a proper amount of oil, add chopped green onion and stir fragrant

First add the vegetable gang, stir-fry until it is slightly soft, then add the vegetable leaves, add a little salt, so that the vegetable can be softened quickly

Add the frozen tofu, stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and chicken essence to stir-fry evenly. The frozen tofu will absorb the water from the cabbage. Pour water starch before serving and stir fry evenly. Turn off the heat and pour sesame oil
