Stir-fried Cabbage with Ham

Soak the ham in water for two hours to remove some saltiness.

Slice the lean and fatty meat separately.
3.
Heat the wok without oil, just pour the fat into the wok and stir fry.

When the fat is browned, pour in the lean meat and stir-fry for one minute, then place it on the plate.

Pour out part of the oil, leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the vegetable gang into it and stir fry.

After the vegetables are fried softly, add the leaves and stir fry together.

Add half a spoon of soy sauce and stir fry.
8.
Pour the ham back into the pot and stir-fry slightly.
