Stir-fried Cabbage with Pork Belly

1. Rinse the cabbage and tear it into small pieces. Drain the water.

2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

3. Mince garlic, cut dried chili and Zhitian pepper into small pieces.

4. Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar to make a flavored sauce.

5. Fry the pork belly in a pot over low heat until the oil becomes slightly yellow on the surface.

6. Add minced garlic and dried chili and saute until fragrant.

7. Add half a spoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry for color.
