Stir-fried Cabbage with Tofu in Oil

Soak the mushrooms in warm water 20 minutes in advance.

Wash the cabbage and slice it.

The soaked shiitake mushrooms are squeezed out of water and cut into small pieces.

Tips:
1. The oily tofu is best blanched first to remove the fishy smell of the tofu.
2. Make this dish if you like spicy food, you can add Zhitianjiao or other spicy ingredients.
